Ninja Launch 0.0.2 Update

I've updated this to 0.0.2

• improved fonts
• fixed issue with player getting stuck on corners, unable to move again
• fixed level 3 block placement issue that was causing people to get stuck
• beat each level within a certain time from your first jump
• added score and best score
